On Thursday, 361 golden retrievers gathered in the Scottish Highlands to celebrate the 150th anniversary of their breed. All these proud dogs and their owners were happy to gather at the ancestral home of the breed’s founder, Lord Tweedmouth in Tomich Scotland. It is believed that the breed was first created at the Guisachan House in 1868 by Lord Tweedmouth .
This special anniversary celebration was hosted by Golden Retriever Club of Scotland. And the beautiful “Guisachan Golden Gathering” is the best thing you’ll see all day!
