Homeless Man Was Given A Reward For Returning Lost Wallet With $2,000 Inside And What He Did Next Is A Lesson To Us All

A homeless man is highly rewarded when he was seen doing ‘right thing all the time’! A homeless man named Jay, who ended up finding a dropped wallet and giving it back to its owner ended up spending his reward money buying food for other people who are homeless. His way of honoring the will of God is a real paragon for all the people and deserves a lot more blessing!

The show was orchestrated as part of social experiment around New York’s Union Square where a number of homeless people reside! As part of the show Waqas Shah has deliberately dropped his wallet containing $2,000 in cash right in front of a homeless man.

The video shows the man called Jay, yells after Shah telling him he dropped his wallet and pointed the spot where he found the wallet. When Shah asked “Are You a homeless” , he nods and explained the reason of  his act of honesty!

‘Giving back is what you do. I don’t steal,’ says the homeless man.

Seeing his honesty in returning the wallet Shah got surprised and gave him a portion of money as his reward. However when he was off to the crowd, they were curious to realize his extra ordinary way of respecting people, and decided to follow him. They secretly film the man to see what he does next, and what they saw was the real act of surprise one need to see to believe it!

Seldom have we seen such incredible people and Shah didn’t left him without inquiring the reason behind his great acts of generosity. He tracks down the man for a final time to quiz  and the homeless man had a simple logic as an answer…

‘Giving back is the thing to do. The more you give the more you get,’ Jay says.

I am sure ,those who carry the love of God often do the same and Jay is one among them!

Verse of the Day

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. — Romans 8:35,37 (NIV)
