Bus Driver Teaches Kids A Song Every Year, But This One Moved Her To Tears

The last day of school for the kids at Hartland North Elementary school always starts with a song. Their bus driver Cheryl Chounard Pease teaches the little ones a song every year. Sometimes it’s “You Are The Sunshine of my life” or “Count your blessings”. But this year’s song was so special for her.

Pease chose that song for her kids as a tribute to her late brother who died 18 months ago, and this particular song was one of his favorite as it helped him get through the toughest days in his life!

When the kids started singing ‘the classing ‘Hair’ song, she couldn’t hold her tears. Watch the adorable but heartwarming video below.

Verse of the Day

Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies. — 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (NIV)
