WestJet is the second largest airline in Canada and is known for its budget friendly services and a heart for giving. Every year during Christmas time, they embark on a mission to spread cheer during the season with flash mobs, gifts free tickets and a lot more. But this year they wanted to top all their past offerings after watching the Christmas miracle.
So they embarked on a search to find guests who were away from their loved ones during the Christmas season and created a surprise their guests will never forget. Those included parents missing their daughter, best friends, a long-distance couple who met under difficult circumstances.
They asked their guests to take part in a false commercial for the airline, but in reality their loved ones were going to be flown in for a shocking surprise reunion. Soon all the guests were stunned to see their loved ones arriving and right beside them.
This had to be the best Christmas surprise for all of these wonderful people, all thanks to WestJet. The airline summed it up saying, “Being together with loved ones is the best tradition of all.”
