5-Year-Old Stuns Crowd With Powerful Worship Performance on Sidewalk

A five-year-old boy turned a busy sidewalk into a place of worship with his beautiful performance of ‘Goodness of God.’

Nicholas Protsenko is the brother of popular violinist Karolina Protsenko, and this kid clearly got the musical gene too. In this video, he stood with a keyboard right there on a crowded street and just started playing. It was not just another street performance. This child proclaimed the goodness of God in public.

People noticed almost immediately. A few slowed down, then a few more gathered, and before long the whole sidewalk was full. Some had their phones out recording. Others were just standing there, visibly moved by his performance.

‘Goodness of God’ was written by Jenn Johnson and Ed Cash and came out through Bethel Music in 2019. The song talks about God’s faithfulness through every high and low in life. But hearing it come from a five-year-old on a random street corner? That is something else entirely.
