Caleb Grimm, Jeff Pardo, and Chris McClarney wrote this song that speaks right to the heart of what it means to trust God when we cannot see the whole picture.
The song talks about having questions without answers and waiting when we thought God always had a clear plan.

There’s so much that I don’t understand

But then it moves to a place of letting go and trusting that God’s thoughts are higher than our thoughts.

During their performance, Caleb and Kelsey sing about surrendering all and giving up control. They remind us that God is working things out and will never let us down.
The couple also includes parts of the classic hymn about surrendering all to Jesus. Their voices blend together as they declare that God is both the beginning and the ending, and that He loved us before our lives even began.
When we feel lost or confused, we can remember that God’s ways are higher than our ways. He is faithful and will never abandon us.
