When our young people give their time and talents for God, it gives us hope about the future. It is easy to get caught up in other things at that age. But these teens stood together and lifted their voices to honor God — and the result is something worth watching.

The video shows the youth choir singing with such grace. We can feel that they mean every word they sing. Their incredible harmonies and powerful words of the song give us chills.

It is the kind of performance that makes you stop what you are doing and raise your arms in praise.

‘Lord You’re Holy’ was written by gospel artist Eddie James. Helen Baylor later recorded it on her album ‘My Everything’ and brought it to a wider audience.

The song is a straight-from-the-heart declaration of who God is. It beautifully says that God is holy, worthy, and deserving of all our praise.

One of the most powerful lines in the song says, “mere words cannot express what I feel inside, I can’t describe Your glory divine.” That is something most of us can relate to. There are moments in our walk with God where words just fall short.

The song also calls God “healer, deliverer, shield and defense, strong tower and my best friend.” Those are not just poetic words. For many believers, those titles come from real life experiences of God showing up when nothing else could.

Worship is not about age or talent. It is about a heart that wants to honor God. These teens did exactly that — and they did it well.

“Give unto the Lord the glory due to His name; Worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.” – Psalm 29:2
