This Paralysed Teen Will Inspire You

Wyatt Tidwell was a high school senior when he met with a terrible motorcycle accident in October 2016 that almost killed him. He spent six weeks in hospital and was bedridden for months. It left him paralyzed from the waist down. He can only lift his left arm to his shoulder. But Tidwell is not ready to give up.

Tidwell works out every day at the gym. He goes skiing, and has made a special bike that doesn’t require him to move his legs. He hasn’t stopped following his education. Tidwell is working on his GED, and plans to go college next year. This inspiring teen reminds us to stop complaining about life and chase the dreams. “That’s my personality. I’m stubborn!” – Tidwell

Verse of the Day

“[Christ’s Birth Announced to Mary] Now in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent by God to a city of Galilee named Nazareth, to a virgin betrothed to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David. The virgin’s name was Mary. And having come in, the angel said to her, “Rejoice, highly favored one, the Lord is with you; blessed are you among women!””

Luke 1:26-28
