Identical triplets from North Carolina are sharing their love for Jesus through social media and touching lives.

When we scroll through social media, we see how filled it is with negativity and darkness. We can be shocked to see how evil uses these platforms to drag people away from God.
But on the other side, God raises up young voices like the Helms brothers to shine His light in these same spaces.
Meet the Helms Triplets
The Helms triplets live in Denver, North Carolina. Gage, Till, and Kaden are 18 years old and look exactly alike. When their parents gave them the green light to join social media last year, they never expected it would make an impact in so many others’ lives.
“We always talked to people about Jesus in person and stuff, and we knew social media was blowing up and we never had it our whole life, so we were like, we can use it for a good purpose,” Gage said.
One Video Changes Everything
Their first video changed everything. They made a back to school video about letting Jesus shine through you. They posted it at 9 PM and went to sleep. When they woke up, their video had exploded.
“We had 100,000 views in eight hours. It was crazy, and God just blessed it. So, then we were like, alright guys, we should actually do this.”
Bringing Other Teens to Christ
The brothers call themselves 3n1trilogy on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. They post videos almost every day now. Their topics cover everything young people struggle with. They talk about peer pressure, dating, hope, and doubt.
“For a long time, in the beginning at school, we were like, what are people struggling with? A lot of people don’t have hope, so we need to talk about hope. And then we were like, a lot of people are having doubt; they’re doubting God. So, we were like, we can really talk about doubt because everybody doubts at some point.” Till said.
The brothers have a simple process for making videos. They pick a Bible verse and topic for their daily devotional.
Then they find a good spot to film. They live next to beautiful Lake Norman near Charlotte, so they have plenty of pretty places to record.
Many of their followers are teenagers, but moms love them too.
When they’re not making videos, the brothers wrestle. All three have won many awards in high school.
Their Battle Begins at Birth
Their success in wrestling makes sense when you hear their story. The triplets were born 12 weeks early. They weighed only two pounds each. They had to fight for their lives on ventilators in the hospital.
“…they all came home completely healthy, no issues whatsoever,” their mom Charity Estes said.
“And I’m like, you’re here for a reason. You have a purpose. And don’t take that for granted that you get to wrestle, that you get to be a healthy, smart teenage boy. We’re blessed. And I’ll never take that for granted.”
Wrestling taught them about spiritual battles too.
“The Bible says that we don’t wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities and darkness. So, this is a spiritual fight. Yeah, we’re wrestling someone, physically, a person, but we’re also wrestling against the darkness and spiritual,” Till said.
The boys have loved Jesus and preaching since they were little. Their stepfather Jeff Estes has raised them since they were three years old. He sees something special in how they live their faith.
“No credit deserved here, as you well know, it’s all about what God chooses to do. He many times chooses the least of us to do wonderful and great things, and not to say their least, but three kids from North Carolina are out spreading the Gospel all around the world,” Jeff said.
Jeff taught them an important lesson about faith. “They live out their faith. One of the things that we tried to teach ’em from an early age was that words don’t carry lot of meaning these days, but how you live your life is what people respond to,” he explained.
Trusting God with What’s Next
The brothers plan to keep making Christian content while they study and wrestle in college. They’re open to whatever God has planned for their future.
“Whatever God has planned, I think we could entertain some people though. I mean we entertain each other,” Till shared.
Like the Helms brothers, we can use whatever opportunities God gives us to tell others about Jesus.
Maybe social media isn’t your thing. That’s okay. You can share Christ at work, at school, with your neighbors, or wherever you spend your time.
We should pray for more young believers like Gage, Till, and Kaden to rise up and boldly share their faith.
Our younger generation needs examples like these triplets who aren’t ashamed of the gospel.
The kingdom of God needs more people willing to step out and make a difference for Christ.
