American comedian Tim Hawkins found the funniest angle on Job’s wife from the Old Testament and honestly the audience could not handle it.

Marriage is a blessing from God. He always brings the right people together. But let’s be real some people still find a way to complain about their spouse. In this short comedy skit, Tim Hawkins starts by saying he got blessed with a good wife. And then he just drops it. “Not every guy has a good wife.” The crowd already knows where this is going.
So Tim takes us into the story of Job from the Old Testament. He lays it all out. The devil took Job’s kids. Took his servants. Took his livestock. Covered the man in boils and sores. I mean everything was gone. But then Tim hits the punchline and you can feel the whole room holding their breath. “But his wife did not die.” And the place just loses it. Like that pause alone was enough to send people over the edge.
The way Tim delivers it you can tell he’s not making fun of Scripture. He just thought about Job’s wife in a different way, and it brought laughter everywhere.
