Emily Burak then begins ‘Great is Thy Faithfulness’ on her violin.
Thomas Chisholm wrote the words and William Runyan composed the music in 1923. This hymn reminds us that God never changes and His love stays the same every single day.
When the cello joins the violin the music becomes even more touching. The powerful lyrics speak straight to the heart.
The trio then moves into ‘Amazing Grace’ again. Their beautiful playing and the sight of the American flag are sure to give you chills.
They end their performance with ‘Praise the Father Praise the Son’ which Chris Tomlin and Ed Cash wrote.
