Comedian Chad Thornsberry turned his scary hospital visit into a funny story that has people laughing all over the internet.

His first surprise came at the parking garage. A worker told him he needed to pay for parking. Chad could not believe it. “I have to pay to park at the hospital?” he asked.
“Is Billy Joel playing inside or something?” That was just the beginning of his confusing day.
Inside the hospital, his surgeon started talking about the procedure. The doctor kept saying “we” would do this and “we” would do that. Chad had to stop him right there.
“Doc, we aren’t doing a thing,” he said. “You went to Harvard Medical School. I do CNC jokes for money in Provo, Utah.” Chad wanted to make it clear. The doctor would handle the surgery while Chad stayed knocked out.
Then something really strange happened. The surgeon pulled out a marker and wrote “ROK” on Chad’s leg. Chad got worried fast.
“Doc, please tell me you’re not trying to spell the word rock,” he said.
The doctor explained those letters were his initials. He was marking which leg to operate on so the team would know for sure in the operating room.
Weeks later, Chad got his hospital bill. The amount was so high it made that parking fee look like nothing.
