Hollywood Actor Denzel Washington Helps Homeless Man In Amazing Act Of Kindness

Hollywood actor, Denzel Washington is known for being vocal about his Christian faith, now he is in the news for helping a homeless man in danger.

Denzel Washington is an award-winning actor, director, and producer who has been around in the industry for more than 40 years.

The devout Christian evenly considered becoming a preacher in the 1990s, but allegedly, God called him to continue his career in the movie industry.

“A part of me still says, ‘Maybe, Denzel, you’re supposed to preach. Maybe you’re still compromising.’ I’ve had an opportunity to play great men and, through their words, to preach. I take what talent I’ve been given seriously, and I want to use it for good,” Denzel stated.

The 65-year-old Christian celebrity was in the news recently for helping a homeless man in danger.

He was driving around town in West Hollywood, when he saw a homeless man on the road, dangerously close to incoming traffic, Denzel pulled over his car to help the man get to safety.

Denzel remained by his side till the cops arrived and settled the situation before he left, the actor gave the man a sandwich and a face mask.

This is certainly not the first time Denzel showed his generosity and love of Jesus to others, his wife Pauletta Pearson and he have been donating generously to many charities for decades and helped change many lives through their kindness.

Denzel has fulfilled his calling to be the hands and feet of Jesus to the world and show the love of Christ to hurting people all around. It’s so encouraging to see celebrities like him use their wealth and power to help the poor and suffering in the world.
