A pet owner found a sweet way to connect with her dog when his hair kept growing and needed daily care.
Jayone got her dog Milo and saw his hair was getting long. At first, he looked like he had a big head. Then it got spiky like a little rocker. The hair kept growing and never stopped. It would block his eyes.
One day, Jayone decided to try a hairstyle. It looked nice. She kept doing more styles each day. “I’ve done French braids, Dutch braids, bubble braids, dragon braids, space buns, concert hairstyles, and I’ve done heatless curls,” she said.
Milo loves getting his hair done. He falls asleep when Jayone brushes it. When she finishes, he stays there. “I’m like, ‘Okay, I’m done.’ And he’s still laying there and I’m like, ‘You can go now.’ He just looks at me like, ‘Why are you done?'” Jayone said.
She uses lots of bows and clips with flowers or butterflies. They make each look special. Some people ask her why she takes so long with a dog’s hair. They say she must not have kids.
But Jayone has her reasons. “I always told myself that if I was going to have a pet, I was always going to treat it like my baby, because they don’t get to live a long time. So, why not spend these quality moments together?” she said.
Many people were stunned by Milo’s beautiful hair. One person wrote, “That dog has BETTER hair than me” Another person wrote, “As a man who recently gave up and just started shaving his head, I am so jealous of Milo’s hair.”
