A heart touching video of a man with down syndrome running out to hug his friends at school after getting a heart transplant is touching people everywhere.
Tyler Krueger had been absent for quite some time due to the surgery as his mom Shelly says, he was treated to hugs, welcome back signs and balloons.
He has had heart, liver and kidney problems, but now post his heart surgery he is full of life and the picture of happiness. God bless Tyler and may he live his best life.
