The Holderness Family released a viral parody video about the messy reality of parenting set to the tune of the ’90s hit ‘Fast Car’.

Children are absolutely a blessing from God. But parenting comes with its own challenges. We often try to keep everything perfect and clean, but in the next moment, we realize that life with kids is rarely tidy.
Still, this family found a way to enjoy their messy moment with a hilarious parody.
The parody features the Holderness Family singing about the state of their vehicle, which they call a ‘Trash Car’. The lyrics describe a backseat filled with Cheetos, banana peels, and even a random clump of hair.
They mention how a child ate runny eggs in the back on the way to school, only for the food to slide against the window during a sharp turn.
The video shows that while the rest of the house might be fine, the car contains a month-old breakfast burrito and stinky cleats tossed into the third row.
The relatable footage quickly gained traction online with parents who see their own lives in the mess.
One person commented, “The national anthem for anyone with children.” Another viewer said, “How is this simultaneously hilarious, and an absolute nightmare?!”
The song captures the moment a parent decides to just “yolo it” because the car will simply get dirty again the next day.
