The crucifixion of Jesus is a very important part of our life as Christian believers. Without the crucifixion of Jesus, we would not be reconciled to God and be saved from eternal hellfire. Jesus took our sins upon Himself and went to the cross to be crucified so that we might be redeemed from sin.

We have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, the reward of sin is death but Jesus exchanged the death that we should have received as a result of our sin and gave us eternal life.
