The Kuykendall family band moved listeners with their acoustic rendition of ‘Goodness of God.’
‘Goodness of God’ was written by Ed Cash, Ben Fielding, Jason Ingram, Brian Johnson and Jenn Johnson and released by Bethel Music in 2019.
The inspiration for this song came as Jenn Johnson and her husband Brian Johnson were adopting their son. She said the song came from her heart as she thanked God for being faithful throughout her whole life.
The song speaks about God’s constant mercy and how He holds us in His hands from the moment we wake up until we go to sleep at night.
In the video, the Kuykendall band sings with such joy. Their beautiful voices and harmonies give us chills.
