A young boy in a wheelchair moved a wedding audience to tears by performing a heartfelt cover of the worship song ‘Goodness of God.’

When we come before God, what matters most to us are our problems and struggles. But is that what God really wants from us? This child shows us what true worship is by singing about the goodness of God.
Samson sat in his wheelchair at a friend’s wedding and boldly proclaimed the name of Jesus with his gifted voice. As he sang, there were no dry eyes in the room.
His parents shared the footage online and noted that “Samson is so special, confident, and gifted!”
The song he chose, “Goodness of God,” was written by Jenn Johnson, Ed Cash, Jason Ingram, Ben Fielding and Brian Johnson in 2019.
It carries a powerful message about the faithfulness of God that follows us through the darkness and the light. It is honestly just beautiful to see a kid so bold in his faith.
Let this young man’s courage inspire you to lift your own voice in praise today.
Rather than focusing on your problems, let worshiping God alone be your first priority when you come before Him. He deserves all the glory because He created us and redeemed us from our sins. He loves us with an everlasting love.
As the Bible says, “Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, And into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name” (Psalm 100:4). So come before Him with praise and surrender your worries to Him. Trust that He is faithful in every season.
Please keep Samson and his family in your prayers as he continues to use his gift for the glory of God.
