The short snippet of this hymn that was included in my Evolution of Worship Music medley spurred a number of requests. For this rendition, I went into full mashup mode, adapting the song to the rhythm and general chord structure of Bobby McFerrin’s “Don’t Worry, Be Happy” and incorporating the iconic whistling melody to break up the song. I hope you enjoy!”

God’s word tells us that he who is born of Him is an overcomer. The Bible verse tells us that we are not overcoming the world in its riches but overcoming the world in its sinful influences in our lives.
If you believe in Jesus Christ, God has changed your heart that now your priority is to honor God and walk with Jesus and to walk like Jesus. You now want to live a godly life, Christ-like, and be holy and that’s how you will overcome the world.
