Karolina Protsenko is a young Ukrainian-American violinist known for her joyful street performances in Santa Monica. She often plays popular songs on her violin.

Sometimes Karolina performs with her younger brothers, Leo and Nicholas. Her mother, Ella, also plays piano and sings. The two enjoy making music together.

In this video, Karolina and Ella sing You Raise Me Up as a duet. Karolina tells the crowd that the song is very special to her because she gets to perform it with her mom. Their heartfelt voices and gentle harmonies make the moment even more touching.

You Raise Me Up was composed by Rolf Løvland with lyrics by Brendan Graham in 2002. The song speaks about finding strength when we feel weak. It reminds us that God lifts us up when we are tired and gives us the strength to keep going.
