At just 21 months, a cute toddler has done the impossible, she has beaten cancer and has been finally declared completely cancer-free.
Molly Hughes has been through 5 grueling rounds of chemotherapy and spent 130 nights in the hospital to beat stage-4 cancer.
Now that she has won the battle, she is enjoying her time as a 21-month-old playing with bubbles and tire swings in the sunshine.
Her mom, Chelsea Hughes says, “She loves being outside. From the time she gets up until she goes to bed she’s just wild, playing and just so full of energy and just loves doing what a baby should be doing.”
The family had been using hashtag #MollyStrong to show support for the toddler during her treatments. “She would just bounce back after every treatment. I mean it would knock her down for few days and then she would be up playing again,” Chelsea Hughes said.
The girl’s mother says she believes the prayers of everybody is the number one reason for her healing and not the medicines.
Hughes added, that they cannot thank everybody enough for praying for her and supporting them through the ordeal.
