When you visit The Taco Stop in downtown Dallas, you may notice a banner in front of the restaurant “Are You Cold? Take One, Do You Want To Help? Leave One”. At first sight, it may seem to be a joke, but it’s really serious. During the winter, the store owner Emilia Flores found her own way to help people in need by providing an outdoor coat. It’s not only for homeless, but also for anyone in need.
