A children’s choir spreads joy with their sweet performance of ‘This Little Light of Mine.’

Harry Dixon Loewen wrote ‘This Little Light of Mine’ around 1920. Gospel singer Fannie Lou Hamer made it famous in the 1960s during the civil rights movement.
The song tells us to let our faith shine bright. We shouldn’t hide what Christ has given us. We should share it with everyone.
The video starts with piano music. Then a little girl steps up and sings the first part all by herself. Her voice is sweet and clear. Next, a little boy takes his turn, and then another girl sings.
Soon the whole choir joins in. These kids range from tiny ones to older children, and they all come together with such joy. Their faces shine as they sing about Jesus.
Watching them, you can’t help but smile too. They’re not worried about what anyone thinks. They just want to celebrate God’s love.
Let’s sing out loud. Let’s share our faith without holding back. Let their joy inspire you to let your light shine brighter today.
