Popular Christian comedian Tim Hawkins shares a hilarious and honest look at turning 40 and how aging brings changes to our health, diet, and daily life.

As we grow older, many things in our lives begin to change, including our health, our habits, and even our energy.
Each season of life reminds us that God walks with us through every stage, strengthening us when our own strength feels smaller.
In the funny clip, Tim Hawkins begins by telling the audience that he recently turned 40. “I turned 40, and it’s just terrible,” he joked.
He shared how no one warned him about the foods he would no longer be able to enjoy. “They don’t warn you about stuff when you turn 40, like in health class, about stuff you can’t eat. Can’t eat Krispy Kremes no more,” he said.
As the crowd laughed, he added, “I don’t care if you can’t spell crispy or cream right; they are doing some wonderful work over there.”
Hawkins also talked about how his drinks had changed. He said he now has to choose diet soda instead of regular soda and even switched from milk to rice milk on his doctor’s advice.
Then came one of the hardest changes of all. He can no longer eat bacon. His wife found him turkey bacon instead, which he described as a very disappointing replacement.
He also joked about strange changes happening to his body, like new eyebrow hairs, ear hair, and back hair. Later, he shared a story about visiting the eye doctor for the first time in 20 years.
The glaucoma test shocked him when a sudden puff of air hit his eye, leaving both him and the audience laughing hard.
May this story encourage us to laugh often, trust God daily, and thank Him for the gift of life in every season.
