In a rare condition, Vanellope Wilkins was born with her heart outside of her body.
The baby girl was born in November 2017 in the U.K. and, now after a year, Vanellope is allowed to make the transition from the hospital to her home.
Her mother, Naomi, found out in the early stages of her pregnancy, about her daughter’s condition.
The family’s house has now become a kind of hospital equipped to handle their daughter’s delicate lifestyle.
