‘There Was Jesus’ was written by Zach Williams, Casey Beathard and Jonathan Smith and released back in 2020. The song walks through the hardest seasons many of us have gone through.
The doubt, the deep loneliness, the nights that felt like they would never end. Every verse lands on the same truth that Jesus was there through all of it.
The backup vocalist was incredible and she made the whole performance more powerful.
