“A baby’s laugh is an angel’s voice”. A British couple shared this video of their 9-month-old baby’s uncontrollable laugh on social media. The parents were spending some precious time with their baby and they witnessed this cutest reaction from their child when her father uttered the words 4p. He repeated the words as soon as she stopped laughing and she responded in the same way.
