The Praise and Harmony Singers perform a powerful a cappella version of the popular worship song ‘Egypt.’
The song ‘Egypt’ was written by Cory Asbury along with Phil Wickham, Ethan Hulse, and Brian Johnson back in the year 2020. It tells us how God delivered the Israelites from slavery in Egypt and set them free. And that same God is right here with us today to lead us out of our hardest times.
As He parted the Red Sea for His people, He is still working miracles in the lives of His children. It also reminds us to leave our old mistakes behind because He already won the victory for us on the cross.
The video shows a large group of singers standing on the main floor and in the balcony of an auditorium. They do not use any instruments for this performance but their vocals are more than enough to fill that place. When I listen to their incredible harmonies, I get chills.
It made me picture the worship happening in heaven right now. As the singers stand at different levels of the building, it reminds us of the angels and heavenly hosts surrounding the throne in the highest, praising God day and night.
