3 Women Sing Chill-Inducing Rendition of ‘Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone)’

Three women sing a spine-tingling rendition of ‘Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone)’

John Newton wrote ‘Amazing Grace’ back in 1772. He used to work in the slave trade but God changed his heart completely. Chris Tomlin took Newton’s classic hymn and added new words in 2006 to create ‘Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone)’.

The song tells us about God’s amazing grace that we do not deserve. It reminds us of the unconditional love of Jesus Christ that set us free from our sins and redeemed us from death.

The video starts with one woman singing alone. Then two other voices join in. Their voices blend together perfectly. The harmony is so beautiful it makes you want to close your eyes and just listen.
