Daily activities “I’ve done some pretty weird haircuts,” says barber Victor Burgos, 34. “In hospitals and different wedding situations and, uh, never done anybody outside, on the sidewalk, pretty much.” He was working at Joe’s Upscale Barber Shop in Rochester, New York, when he saw Devin Hamilton in his wheelchair outside. Since the barber shop is not yet wheelchair accessible, Victor went outside and got to work.
