The Chance to Dance troupe of Lexington, Kentucky is not just talented it is also very, very special. Kids and adults with special needs are the stars of this troupe. This free dance program was started by a UK College of Education student Jenna Lyon, when she was in high school four years ago. Despite the busy college life, Lyon still finds time to bring joy to people with special needs. Bless this beautiful heart!
