What Does God Say About Sleep?
Sleep is a gift from God (Psalm 127:2), and the Bible often links rest with trust. Jesus encourages us not to worry or be anxious about anything, including what we will eat, wear, or what tomorrow will bring (Matthew 6:25–34), because a heart at peace finds it easier to rest.
