We Don’t Have to Carry Life’s Burdens Alone
We try to handle everything by ourselves, working hard with our own strength. But Lynn reminds us that God never wanted us to carry these heavy loads alone. He put His Holy Spirit right inside us for a very good reason.
God Has Already Filled Us With Joy and Peace
Lynn starts her message with Romans 15:13. It says “now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing that you may abound in hope by the power of the holy spirit.”
Lynn explains this verse in simple words. God has already put His joy and peace inside our spirits. We don’t have to make these feelings happen ourselves. They’re already there, just waiting for us to use them.
Rely on Him, Not Your Own Ability
“We don’t rely on our own strength we don’t rely on our ability to be overcomers,” Lynn says gently. “We rely on him.”
This touches our hearts because most of us spend every day trying to show we can handle everything. But Lynn shows us a better way.
She reminds us that the Holy Spirit living inside us is our hope. He helps us believe. He helps us walk in love. He helps us overcome our troubles.
God is Singing Love Songs Over You
Then Lynn shares something beautiful from Zephaniah 3:17. The verse says “the lord your god is in your midst” and promises that God “will quiet you with his love.”
Lynn paints a sweet picture for us. She says God is singing love songs over us. She tells us to find a quiet spot, close our eyes, and just rest in God’s love. What comfort to know that when everything feels crazy, God is singing over us.

Lynn reminds us not to focus on our problems or all the stressful things happening around us. Instead, we should focus on God’s love for us.
We can use His strength instead of wearing out our own limited power. The Holy Spirit is our strength, and we’re never walking alone because God is with us every step of the way.
