Cotton Pickin Kids perform the Glen Campbell’s classic ‘Gentle On My Mind.’
Glen Campbell captured hearts all around the world through his country music like ‘Rhinestone Cowboy’ and ‘Southern Nights.’ Sadly, the world renowned artist passed away in 2017 followed by a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s disease.
‘Gentle On My Mind’ was originally released by Glen Campbell in 1967 and country music lovers made it a huge success within a short period of time. The popular song gifted Glen Campbell two Grammy awards that year.
Today Cotton Pickin Kids, an incredibly talented bluegrass band is performing the hit song. Cecilia opens the song and is complemented on the banjo, mandolin, dobro, and guitar, by the other kids in the group, who are so good.
The arrangement is excellent from start to finish, and the harmonies are also very tight, and the performance is pure joy.
The good Lord has started a fantastic work in these young peoples’ lives as they are getting ready to release their first gospel album.
