A woman asked God a simple question about eternal worship and received an answer that moved thousands of people.
Most of us have gone through this experience. We want to praise and worship God, but sometimes we run out of words.
This woman reminds us of something deeper. If we struggle to find words here on earth, how will we worship Him for eternity?
She asked God this question, and He gave her a beautiful answer.
The woman was having her regular prayer time when this concern hit her. She was worshiping God like she always did, but then she stopped. Something was bothering her heart.
“There was one day when I was praying and I was worshiping God, and all of a sudden, I stopped, and I said, ‘God, I’m supposed to worship you for all eternity, and I’ve run out of words in five minutes, how am I going to worship you for eternity?'” she shared in a video.
What happened next was beautiful. God answered her right there in her spirit.
“God said very clearly, ‘When you get to Heaven, I will share with you something about myself that you have never known before, and you will worship me,'” she explained.
“‘And then, I will share something else, and you will worship. And I will never run out of new things to share with you for all eternity.'”
The video touched thousands of people.
One viewer wrote, “That’s the kind of relationship I want with God.”
Another said, “There’s nothing sweeter than worshipping God in spirit and in truth!”
This short video makes us think about how different worship will be in heaven. Right now, we sometimes struggle to find the right words when we pray or worship. But God has so much more of Himself to show us.
Every day in heaven will bring new discoveries about who He is. That means our worship will never feel old or repetitive.
