A viral video shows abandoned dogs without food, water, or shelter, suffering in 100+ degree heat.
The dogs are tied up on two-foot chains, without any mobility.
When the dogs are adopted and find shelter, one of them reaches out for affection multiple times.
It is heartbreaking to see the dogs so neglected and almost dying, but they are grateful when they are adopted.
It brings us to tears to see so much love coming from an animal.
