Amos Raber and his two sons sing a beautiful rendition of ‘How Great Thou Art’.
The Raber family filmed their performance against the stunning backdrop of Alaska. Their voices harmonize beautifully as they sing each verse of the beloved hymn.
‘How Great Thou Art’ was written by Swedish pastor Carl Boberg in 1885. He wrote it as a poem called ‘O Store Gud’ after watching a powerful thunderstorm clear into peaceful calm.
The experience made him think about God’s amazing power in nature.
The hymn celebrates the greatness of our God. It starts with His beautiful creation, moves to His love through Jesus Christ, and ends with the promise of His return.
Each verse builds up our faith and reminds us how awesome our Lord truly is.
