Diana Zippay has been suffering from Alport syndrome, a genetic condition that affects the functioning of kidney. Her condition was getting worse and she urgently needed a kidney transplant. But no one in her family was a match to be a donor. It was then, Diana’s kids Bailey and Tobias posted a video on Facebook to find a donor for their mom. Within days, the heartwarming clip went viral and finally Diana got a kidney donor.
