This precious little girl had been waiting for her foster family to adopt her, and her dream finally came true.
The court made the final decision and allowed the family to adopt her. The touching video shows the school secretary, Jackie Alexander, sharing the good news with Tannah Butterfield, who was in sixth grade at the time.
