The boys were from Alliance Middle School in Ohio. When they saw the elderly woman trying to ferry her wheelchair across the grassy path, which had no sidewalks, they jumped in and pushed her along.

The boys generous act of kindness was hailed by Alliance City Schools in a Facebook post.

Today before the parade, five AMS football players assisted an elderly woman travel safely down State Street to join her family. We are very proud of Aidan Mozden, Braylon Nicholson, Isaiah Cameron-Pow, Kamden Jones and Dominic Dunson! They chose to offer their help without being asked to and showed what a caring citizen truly is!
