It was the worst child abuse case that Police Officer Jody Thompson had ever investigated. After rescuing 10-year-old John, Jody immediately fell in love with this precious boy and would not leave his side at the hospital. So he talked to his wife and adopted John. Soon after John got a loving family, his biological mother had given birth to a baby girl in jail. Jody and his wife knew this sweet girl couldn’t go to another family, so they adopted her too.
