When a 7-year-old boy from Conway, Arkansas, was all set to celebrate his birthday on Saturday, he got the biggest shock of his life.
It was a dream party arranged, complete with a bounce house, inflatable slide and a Batman cake to boot. But after the Conway Police Department, saw a post about the boy’s bike being stolen while he was at Walmart with his sister. They decided to do something epic for him.
