Protesters Worshipping God Inside Walmart Is So Powerful

Worship is a powerful way of expressing our feelings and emotions to God it was so beautiful to see a group of peaceful protesters worship inside Walmart in North Versailles, Pennsylvania.

Nancy Halford captured a video of the group singing “Our God Is Greater”, “Waymaker”, “Great Are You Lord”, and “We Worship You”.

Halford inside the store as she works there and immediately dropped what she was doing when she heard them singing. Soon the customers too joined the group and started recording this extraordinary worship which has since gone viral.

Many commented about this recording, Sarah Mcalster wrote, “I’ve said since began of social distance if we can attend church, go local store and bust out in song because we the people are the church.” Another commenter, Jimmy Womble, said, “Oh how this must have pleased our Heavenly Father. This right here is what our country needs – God’s people being the church outside the church building.”

Sean Mercadante noted, “This speaks well for your community! All glory to the Lord We love this video. It lifted our spirits. Thanks for sharing it.” An elderly woman shared that the video lifted her heart for the first time in days. Edgel Sipin’s comment summarized the whole experience, “Thank heavens there are still those who are faithful and believes in the power of worshipping One True God. This is what the world need to see than of those disrespect of our country.”

We completely agree with all the above comments, we the body of Christ are called to serve and worship God anyplace anywhere.

We all need to come together in Christ seeking His blessing to heal our land. This virus should have brought us together but there are some which refuse to come together even in Christ.

Verse of the Day

Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. — Philippians 2:9-11 (NIV)
