Whenever 45-year-old Cesar Fernandez-Chavez and his golden retriever Louboutina go for a walk around his home in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood, it takes more time than one would expect. And that’s because of a beautiful reason. If the 5-year-old Louboutina find a group of people during their walk, the pup will sniff around each one of the group, then she sits next to a person and gives hug wrapping her front paws around the person’s body. Everyday this pup is bringing joy to everyone with a precious hug. How adorable!
