3-year-old T.J. Hubbard was at restaurant with his mom Jamie Hubbard, when he saw the Fort Worth police officer. T.J is normally shy, but he wanted to show his gratitude to the officer by giving him a hug. The police officer granted his wish and TJ’s mom captured this heartwarming moment on her phone.
