A mom’s video of her doing a hilarious impression of her kids asking food questions has gone viral and parents everywhere are loving it.
We all know parenting is not easy. God never promised it would be. But every now and then someone comes along and captures just how crazy and funny it can get and this mom did exactly that.
In a clip posted on YouTube she acts out what it actually sounds like when kids want food. She fires off one question after another without stopping. “Mom what’s for supper? Mom can we door dash? Mom I’m starving. Mom I don’t like chicken anymore. Mom there’s nothing to eat.” And it just keeps going. She even throws in “Mom what’s for supper tomorrow?” before today’s supper is even ready.
Every parent watching this is laughing because they have heard every single one of those questions before. Probably on the same day. Kids really do believe that every food question is an emergency and it cannot wait even one minute.
Parenting is a gift from God even on the days when everyone is asking what’s for dinner at the same time. We can laugh at the chaos because we know God is right there in the middle of it with us.
