Award-winning gospel artist Joseph Habedank, alongside vocalists Autumn Nelon and Riley Clark, delivered a deeply moving live performance of the beloved worship anthem ‘Goodness of God’.

This beautiful anthem ‘Goodness of God’ was written in 2018 by the talented team of Jenn Johnson, Ed Cash, Jason Ingram, Ben Fielding, and Brian Johnson before being officially released to the world in 2019.
So what is this lovely song really trying to tell us about our walk with the Lord? It is all about the simple truth that God’s mercy never fails us and that we can trust Him like a close friend and a loving father who is always there.
The lyrics remind us of “the Lord’s constant devotion and love” which follows us every single day of our lives. When we sing these words we are declaring that God is faithful and that His kindness is constantly running after us even when we make mistakes.
In this performance, Joseph Habedank leads the song with his powerful voice and when other vocalists join in with their incredible harmonies, the song ignites our hearts to worship.
Many teachings outside the Bible make faith seem like a very complicated thing. We get trapped into thinking we have to work hard to earn God’s favor and acceptance. But is His saving grace something we receive based on our own works or how perfect we are? Absolutely not.
The Bible tells us clearly in Ephesians 2:8-9 that we are saved by grace through faith and it is a completely free gift. His mercy runs after us not because of what we have done, but simply because of who He is.
Through Jesus Christ, God opened the door to salvation not for a particular group of people, but for every human in this world. So come to Him just as you are, and let Him build you up.
