Angelica Hale is just 9-years-old, but she has a voice of an angel. The adorable little girl who dreamed of becoming the next Whitney Houston stepped on the America’s Got Talent stage and stunned the audience with her soul-filled rendition of ‘Rise Up’ from Andra Day.
