Landon, the 11-year-old started to laugh when he received a gift from his step-dad, Daniel Rice. But when he unwrapped the present, he moved to tears of joy. It was a framed picture and written Daniel will be officially adopting Landon. Really a precious moment for everyone who witnessed it.
